    • I understand that Central MTB, and their staff or agents cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained during my skills course or guided ride.
    • I understand that I have the option to walk any part of any route, and features or obstacles if I believe them to be beyond my capability.
    • I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my bike is in safe condition and that no refund will be given if I cannot complete a course or guided ride due to a defect or mechanical failure on my bike.
    • I understand that no refund will be given if I am not fit enough to complete the course or ride.
